By accessing or using northernplayventure.com (the "Site"), operated by Northern Play Venture ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

4. Account & Local Storage
The Site does not require account registration. Game progress, age confirmation, and cookie preferences are stored locally in your browser using the browser's local storage. Clearing your browser data will reset this information.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site if you are under 18 years of age;
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or interfere with the Site's code or behaviour;

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Northern Play Venture, its officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Because the Site is free and no money is exchanged, our aggregate liability to any user for any cause of action shall not exceed CAD $0, except where prohibited by law.
